The objects of the Fund are to provide and pay Annuities to British Actors and Actresses (a) who have rendered such service to the profession as to merit recognition, or (b) who through altered circumstances are in a position to require such assistance. The Annuitants are elected by the Court from names submitted by the Committee. No personal shall be eligible to receive a pension under the age of 60 years, nor unless he or she shall have been an Actor or Actress for at least 15 years, unless he or she shall be certified by two medical men to be suffering from Blindness, Paralysis, or other affliction which in the opinion of the Committee incapacitates him or her from earning a livelihood, in which case he or she may be granted a pension "without the 60 or 15 years' qualification." A General Court will be held once in every year at such time as the Committee may decide. The President, Trustees, Members of Committee, Vice-Patrons, Life Governors, and Subscribers are alone entitled to attend the Meeting of the Courts. Qualifications of Donors. Number of Votes of Election Annuitants. Annual Subscriber £10 10s 0d. 1 for 1 year. Life Governor £50 0s 0d. – 1 for Life. Vice-President £250 0s. 0d. – 5 for Life. Vice-Patron £500 0s. 0d. – 10 for Life. Donations should be forwarded to the Honorary Secretary. Note – All communications should be addressed to Mr. Arthur Bourchier, Hon. Secretary, His Majesty's Theatre, Haymarket, S.W.

Miss Lillah McCarthy's dresses have been specially designed and lent by Madame Handley Seymour; Miss Lily Elsie's dresses by Madam Lucile, Hanover Squarel Miss Gladys Cooper's by Madam Esther, Dover Street; and Lady Tree's by Madame Ospovat, Bond Street. Miss Lillah McCarthy's dress in the Third Act is designed by Mr. Charles Ricketts and carried out by Mrs. Watts, 1, Holly Place, Hampstead. Furniture by Druce & Co., Baker Street, W. Stage Managers: Wallet Waller, Basil Sydney, Charles Maynard, Henry Crocker and Ivan Capell. On the fall of the Curtain Mme. Clara Butt will sing "Land of Hope and Glory," the audience being invited to join in signing the chorus.
